This is the Easter weekend. In an inner city project, three people struggle against their demons and try to find redemption. They are Maxine, a window dresser depressed since she had an abortion and lost her lover ; Jordan, a boxer who has indulged in gay-bashing ; and 'The General', a drug dealer turned artist.

An alcoholic former soap opera actress joins AA and tries to stay sober while dealing with an overbearing family and romantic entanglements.

Rude Awakenings centres on two families who live next door to each other in a fashionable street in Ponsonby, a suburb of Auckland. The Rush family has just moved to their newly renovated house from a lifestyle block in Kumeu. They immediately hit a wrong chord with their new neighbours, the Short family.

The real state agent Norman Shenley hates his old wife Emily Shenley and wants to divorce her to marry his secretary Lolly. When a new client wants to sell an old and isolated mansion, Norman begins to have odd nightmares, and he becomes confused between reality and dream. When Norman awakes, a surprise waits for him.

A light-hearted celebration of British sex films from the 1950s to the early 1980s. Presented by Angus Deayton, the programme includes interviews with movie veterans Robin Askwith and Pamela Green, as well as featuring clips from popular X-rated movies like “Come Play with Me” (1977).
